📄 Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions (T&C)

Welcome to the Luxury Ways Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the program.

1. Eligibility

To become an affiliate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have parental permission).

  • Own a valid PayPal account (for payouts).

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date registration information.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote Luxury Ways products in a positive and ethical manner.

  • Not engage in spam, misleading ads, or illegal promotions.

  • Not impersonate Luxury Ways or use our brand to mislead.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences arising from your promotional activities.

3. Affiliate Dashboard & Tracking

Upon joining, you will receive:

  • A unique referral link

  • Access to an affiliate dashboard to track sales, clicks, and earnings

Tracking is done via cookies, valid for 60 days after a user clicks your referral link.

4. Commissions & Payments

  • You earn up to 20% commission on successful sales made via your referral link.

  • Payouts are made via PayPal, once your account reaches the minimum payout threshold (₹500 or equivalent in USD).

  • Payments are processed monthly, typically within 10 business days of the next month.

Note: If a customer returns a product or charges back, the associated commission will be deducted from your earnings.

5. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using paid ads that bid on our brand name (e.g., Google Ads with "Luxury Ways").

  • Using fake accounts or self-referrals to earn commissions.

  • Promoting on websites or platforms containing illegal, hateful, or adult content.

Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Termination

Luxury Ways reserves the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, for violating these terms or engaging in suspicious activity.

  • Modify the program, commission rates, or structure at any time.

You may also terminate your participation at any time via your affiliate dashboard or by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luxury Ways shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, etc.) arising in connection with the Affiliate Program.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or change these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
